1. 計画を手に入れる。

可能であれば印刷してください。
そのコピーを十人に手渡してください。
その人たちにも、それをさらに十人に渡すよう伝えてください。
議論したり、すべてを説明したり、すぐに相手を納得させたりする必要はありません。ただ、こう伝えてください。
「これは世界平和計画です。どうぞ読んでください。」
広く分かち合ってください。誰に渡すべきか、誰に渡すべきでないかを、前もって決めつけないでください。あらゆる背景を持つ人々が、平和のための計画が存在することを知る必要があります。
2. 計画を理解する。
世界平和計画を読んでください。
完全には理解できない言葉があれば、辞書を使って調べてください。そして、もう一度その計画を読んでください。
その中心的な考えと二十六のステップを、自分の言葉ではっきり説明できるようになるまで、これを繰り返してください。
『新文明ゲーム』も、補足資料として読んでください。それは、この計画のより大きな目的を説明しています。すなわち、生存、拡大、生産、交換、自由、文化、そして協調です。
繰り返し学ぶことで、確信が生まれます。計画をよく理解すればするほど、それを伝え、実際に適用することが容易になります。
3. 計画の実行を助ける。
組織化してください。
世界平和計画の二十六のステップを理解し、広め、その実行を助けるという目的を持ったグループを作ってください。
他のグループとつながってください。資料を共有してください。行動を調整してください。コミュニケーションを増やしてください。同意を築いてください。
そして、拡大してください。
平和は、人々がただ願うだけで実現するものではありません。平和は、理解され、組織され、行動する意志を持つ人々によって前進させられなければなりません。

Print them if possible.
Give a copy to ten people.
Tell them to give it to ten people.
You do not need to argue, explain everything, or convince anyone immediately. Simply say:
“This is a World Peace Plan. Please read it.”
Share it broadly. Do not decide in advance who should or should not receive it. People from every background need to know that a plan for peace exists.
2. Understand the plan.
Read the World Peace Plan.
Use a dictionary to look up any word you do not fully understand. Then read the plan again.
Repeat this until you can clearly explain the main idea and the 26 steps in your own words.
Read The New Civilization Game as companion material. It explains the larger purpose behind the plan: survival, expansion, production, exchange, freedom, culture, and coordination.
Repeated study brings certainty. The better the plan is understood, the easier it becomes to communicate and apply.
3. Help implement the plan.
Get organized.
Form groups with the purpose of understanding, promoting, and helping implement the 26 steps of the World Peace Plan.
Connect with other groups. Share materials. Coordinate actions. Increase communication. Build agreement. Then expand.
Peace does not happen only because people hope for it. Peace has to be understood, organized, and carried forward by people who are willing to act.
