TTおよびCEの方針

トランスフォーメーション・ツールズのワークショップへの参加により、参加者には、教材を学習し、個人的に実践することが認められます。

ただし、教材を教えること、認定を行うこと、指導・監督すること、出版すること、翻訳すること、複製すること、録音・録画すること、ライセンスを付与すること、商業的に提供すること、またはトランスフォーメーション・ツールズの公式サービスとして表示・説明することは認められません。

クリストファー・カレルまたはトランスフォーメーション・ツールズによる事前の書面による許可がない限り、内容を変更、短縮、または派生させた講座、説明、教材その他の形式について、クリストファー・カレルまたはトランスフォーメーション・ツールズが作成、承認、認定、または推奨したものであるかのように表示または説明してはなりません。

ワークショップの影響を受けて制作または実施された独自の活動については、それが独立したものであることを明確に表示し、クリストファー・カレルまたはトランスフォーメーション・ツールズから公式な許可または承認を受けているとの誤解を生じさせてはなりません。

これらの規定に違反した場合、内容または表示の訂正、サービスまたは資格の一時停止、許可の取消し、将来にわたるサービス提供の恒久的な拒否、ならびに著作権、商標権その他の保護された権利が関係する場合には、法的対応を行うことがあります。

トランスフォーメーション・ツールズは、以下に該当する場合、サービスの提供をお断りし、または提供中のサービスを終了する権利を留保します。

クリストファー・カレルまたはトランスフォーメーション・ツールズとの関係を事実と異なる形で表示する場合、許可または推奨を受けているとの誤解を生じさせる場合、保護された教材を不適切に使用する場合、または定められた職業上および業務上の境界を繰り返し侵害する場合です。

未提供のサービスについて事前に支払われた料金は、適用される返金規定に従って処理されます。

Transformation Tools/Currell Effect Policy

Participation in a Transformation Tools workshop grants the participant permission to study and personally apply the material.

It does not grant permission to teach, certify, supervise, publish, translate, reproduce, record, license, commercially deliver or represent the material as an official Transformation Tools service.

No altered, abbreviated or derivative presentation may be represented as authored, approved, certified or endorsed by Christopher Currell or Transformation Tools without prior written authorization.

Any independent work influenced by the workshop must be clearly identified as independent and must not create an impression of official authorization.

Violation may result in correction requirements, suspension, withdrawal of authorization, permanent refusal of future services and legal referral where protected rights are involved.

Transformation Tools reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where a person misrepresents their relationship with Christopher Currell or Transformation Tools, falsely implies authorization or endorsement, misuses protected materials, or repeatedly violates established professional boundaries. Any prepaid fees for undelivered services will be handled according to the applicable refund policy.
